Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the journal must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unwritten in
• The item must be in its original condition with no damage, marks, or alterations
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
• Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided

Because our journals are intended for writing, any journal that has been written in, marked, or used in any way cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Approval

All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied if:

• The journal has been written in or used
• The item is not returned in its original condition
• The return request is made after the 30-day return window
• The item is damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery
